What is everyone doing for valentines day? For me there's this girl that I like that I met in my church singles group and I'm going to send her some flowers that say from your secret admire. I'm kind of knervous of her reaction though but I think it will be alright. So what are you all doing with your other half? or if you don't have one, are you doing something to hint to someone?

If I had a BF I would do something special for him. Because I like valentine's. But ... I am still single. Lol

Hi Salydog.
I don't know what people usualy write on valentine cards in English but this sicret admirer i think everyone writes it. If you want to impress the girl you should write something more original than that.
I don't believe in valentine day. I think people who love each other should celebrade every day not just once a year.
Valentine's day is just for people to get money.

I'm not with anyone as well, but I might by and/or make some of my family members something. Another small way of celebrating for myself is that I was scheduled to have a test on that day, but I moved it up to Wednesday. This last one probably isn't anything big, but I wasn't about to spend half of Valentine's Day at school! *smiles*, even though I don't have special plans for going anywhere.

I'm with Sugar, 100%. I won't say I hate it, but why can't people show they care every other day of the year, why does one day have to be set apart from all the rest? Money rules everything, I tell you!

Only thing I can say about Valentine's Day is that it seems anymore it's pretty much set up for couples that already exist. If you are single and unattached you're kind of left out.

It is a load of nonsense I however, have something indulgent planned for my partner and myself..either partner must be either full of guilt or desperate to fit in on Feb 14th
